Alex Levack scored the other in a tie that both teams finished with 10 men after an altercation between Faithfold defender Alex Taylor and Lions' Oli Craig.

Faithfold manager Zuriel Solomon told JC Sport: "We were not at the races first half and should have been behind. Lions played well but we defended well

"Straight after the KO for the second half, we scored witha great through ball from Rocky Spitzer to Pearson who slotted away clinically. We then upped our tempo and Levack scored a great goal with the outside of his boot to go 2-0 up. However, in the celebration he was pulled down and damaged his shoulder and had to come off.

"We then scored a break-away third goal through Pearson again to seal the win after Alex Taylor was sent off.

"What pleased me the most after was we have a massive injury list but the boys were superb second half and shows the strength in depth."
