Two goals from Gav Lewis, coupled with Gav Noe’s strike saw them come away from Stoke Salmon with a comfortable 3-0 win.
Hendon manager Alex Rosenthal said: “Another win, another clean sheet and we march on. It was a stop-start game, with Salmon slowing things down, but our class showed in the end. Gav bagged a brace, and with a strong bench, we eventually overran them.”
Real Madreidel are up into the second spot as they won a five-goal thriller at Hapoel Hampstead, coming away with a 3-2 win.
HMH A sit in joint-third as Ethan Krell’s goal helped them earn a 1-1 draw at Geez Park Rangers, Zack Green replied for Rovers.
Meanwhile in Division One Yallatasary are the new frontrunners after Sammy Kebede’s hat-trick, claimed a resounding 6-0 win over Redbridge Jewish Care.
Freddie Land and Max Johnson also got on the scoresheet, with Yallatasary’s Buddy Smith saying: “We put in an extremely strong all-round display. We were incredibly effective in transition and constantly winning the second balls meant it was 90 minutes of dominance from us. We were deadly on the attack, very assertive at the back and it was even sweeter to keep a clean sheet.”
Mill Hill Dons and Millbrook Park Calcio sit in joint-second as they played out a six-goal thriller which resulted in a 3-3 draw. Jonny May – with a first minute opener – along with strikes from Mitch Gerber and Scott Waissel saw the home side take a seemingly commanding 3-0 lead, but goals from Gabe Cooke, Alon Pinhas and Andy Gilbert saw Calcio claim a point.

Ducks’ Simon Fox said: “It was an old school backs-to-the wall defensive 90 minutes. We brilliantly held our shape and maintained our focus to make sure we grounded out the victory. Big shout out to James Remo who dominated and herded the midfield area.”
Jordan Sapler scored for Brady, for whom manager Ricky Ansher said: “Our performance wasn’t good enough overall. You can’t dominate possession for possessions sake, and not take the most of the opportunities we had in front of goal, and expect to not get punished.”
Temple Fortune led the way at the top of Division Two as two goals from Michael Goldberg-Jacobs (who now has 17 in all games) and one from Andrei Grayson saw them beat Beitar Bushey 3-2.
Freddie Willton and Lawrence Rosenberg scored for Bushey, with Aaron Conway saying: “We’ve been improving in every game so far and the lads can feel a result coming. Trailing 2-0 at the break, the mentality and resilience the boys showed to keep fighting and get back into the game was brilliant to see. This season it has felt like luck, more than ability or mentality, which has prevented results so far, and I know we will be able to get some points on the board swiftly.”
Mill Hill Minyan are up into third place as goals from Alexander Spencer-Hope and Sam Cohen saw them earn a 2-2 draw at 40 Year Wanderers. Minyan’s Raphel Lasserson Rossiter said: “It was a hard-fought draw. Our goalkeeper Adam Russell was the thorn in their side, producing some truly outrageous saves, and had it not been for him, we wouldn’t have come back with any points. He was totally composed and his reflexes were superb.” Samuel Adams and Sam Holden scored for the Wanderers.
Bochur Juniors are up and running for the season as two goals from Ben Woolich helped them to a 5-2 win over Rapid Viennas. Solly Levy opened the scoring in the first minute, with David Amor and Michael Grossberg also on target.
Juniors manager Joel Ucko said: “I’m absolutely buzzing to get off the mark this season. The boys executed the game plan to perfection and maintained excellent intensity for the full 90 minutes. That said, we keep two feet on the ground, don’t get too complacent, and we go again next week.”
Maccabi London Lions kicked-off their Maccabi Masters Football League campaign with a 7-0 win over EHRS Stonegrove. Brad Lazarus scored twice, with Wayne Davidson, Aviel Schwartz, Matty Kleinman, Adam Kaye and Darren Dryer goals completing the rout.
