Rob Selwyn maintained his red-hot form as Leeds Maccabi booked their spot in the Harold Feldman Trophy final.

The Yorkshireman, who have already wrapped up the MJSL title, maintained their treble bid by downing rivals Heaton Park Rangers.

And it was striker Selwyn who did the damage. His hat-trick hero as he sealed the club’s showpiece date at Oldham’s Boundary Park on May 17.

Gidi Amar also netted for Leeds, who will face the winners of Maccabi Manchester Yellow and Haroldeans in the other last-four tie.

Boss Daniel Kristall said: "It was another polished team performance against a side who were really up for it.

"But we never gave them an inch. Once we got our noses in front we didn’t look back and it summed up our season. Although Rob grabbed the hat-trick, everyone chipped in.

"We won the midfield battle, which was crucial, and in the end we could have won by more."

HPR have a chance to gain immediate revenge in the league on Sunday as Leeds aim to sign their league campaign unbeaten.

Kristall added: "We don’t want to lose our final game. No playes will be going through the motions."

Meanwhile, Reich Insurance Rangers dumped Haroldeans out of the Shonn Trophy following their 4-2 win.

Michael Gaswirth’s hat-trick and Shaya Hapern set up their semi-final spot in the competition.

The Merseysiders hit back via Alistair Goldsmith and Adam Boyars.
