BRADY MACCABI 4 LOS BLANCOS 2

Josh Dagul says Brady Maccabi remain on course for a top three finish following an excellent 4-2 victory over Los Blancos.

With the automatic promotion slots already gone, Dagul insists his troops still have plenty to play for following a performance in which two-goal hero Matt Frolich was the star performer.

Brady controlled the game from the first minute, creating several chances whilst looking solid at the back.

The 3-0 lead at half-time was thoroughly deserved and whilst all the goals were very good, one stands out as a potential goal of the season contender. Joseph, yet to score on his return to Brady watched a 30-yard pass from Daniel Harrod all the way onto his right foot, sumptuously volleying the ball from the left-hand side of the box into the top right corner.

Despite warnings in the halftime teamtalk, Brady started the second half slowly and Blancos came back to 3-2. Brady then woke up and started to control the game again.

Frohlich tied the game up, adding to his first half goal with another great strike from distance, rounding up an unstoppable performance up front for him.

Zvi Freedman and Adam Hersh replied for Blancos.

Brady boss Josh Dagul told JC Sport: "We've been on a very good run in the league and set ourselves a target of winning our last five league games to finish third. Having won the first two, we now move onto next week's game against Camden hoping to make it three."
