Jamie Lester's team loses but he survives

articlemain

Jamie Lester has held on to his place in the Apprentice for another week.

The Jewish property developer avoided being fired by Lord Sugar despite being a member of losing team Synergy.

He clashed with project manager Sandeesh Samra early on in the task, which was to create and sell a “virtual experience” to members of the public at London’s Westfield shopping centre.

Appointed as a runner, he told Sandeesh that he would be wasted in the role and compared it to working as a delivery man.

Despite a shambolic effort by team Apollo, Synergy made a profit of £222.97, nearly £40 less than their rivals.

However Jamie was not taken into the boardroom and Lord Sugar fired Sandeesh, criticising the lack of planning.
