The Movement for Reform Judaism has hosted a first residential weekend for those either contemplating converting to Judaism, in the process of conversion or who have recently converted.
Held in Derbyshire, the event attracted over 30 people from around the country.
Reform community educator Rabbi Debbie Young-Somers said the feedback had been positive with participants signing up for Chagigah, "our biennial celebration of Reform Judaism".
The movement's Beit Din convenor, Rabbi Jackie Tabick, who organised the event, added that it had been "an enormous privilege to work with people who are drawn to Judaism. Their integrity and commitment is quite inspiring. Our message to them and to the wider community is that the door is open to those who share our values."
