A Jewish podcaster has launched a 24-hour Livestream of his podcast.

Freelancer broadcaster Jonny Gould has announced the launch of 'Jewish State Radio', a web stream of his podcast available online at jewishstate.radio.

Launched in 2018, Jonny Gould's Jewish State is a weekly podcast interviewing figures from across the Jewish world of politics, culture, and sport.

Previous interview guests include Deputy mayor of Jerusalem Fleur Hassan-Nahoum, BBC journalist John Ware and Israel's ambassador to the UK, Tzipi Hotovely.

Speaking to The JC, Gould said: “If you only listen to mainstream radio, you’d think being Jewish was only about antisemitism and being Israeli is just about the Palestinian conflict or Netanyahu’s government.

“JewishState.Radio resets the conversation on Israel and diaspora communities, But it’s not just for Jews, the station is for every listener, universal values.

“Herzl, said, if you will it, it is no dream. He was talking about the Jewish State. While JewishState.Radio is a slightly more humble project, I couldn’t do without him!”
