Brad Frankel (2), Adam Hakimi and Mitch Lassman earned Redbridge Jewish Care A a 4-1 victory over London Maccabi Lions B in the JC MSFL Premier Division. Pete Lazard grabbed a consolation.
Oakwood and Brady Maccabi claimed a win apiece in a Division One double-header. Dan Abrams netted for the Oaks.
North London Raiders B were crowned champions of Division Two after Lions C beat FC Team A 4-2. Nick Kenton (2), Tony Gold and James Gold struck for the Lions. Danny Moss and David Grossman replied.
Rob Pearl (2), Phil Peters and Ben Eliad moved UJS Norstar A into pole position in the Division Three title race following a 4-1 win over L'Equipe. They will win the title on Sunday if they avoid defeat against Woodford Wanderers.
UJIA clinched promotion from Division Four after beating Jewventus 4-1. Jon Isaacs (2), Matt Radstone and Jake Green were the scorers. Victory in next week's finale against Hendon D would see them pip Norstar B to the title.
Darren Rolfe, the UJIA manager, said: "Results elsewhere mean that we have gained promotion which was our goal at the beginning of the season which is a great achievement.
"It's a big week for the club who were relegated two years ago. We must take our opportunity as it's now back in our own hands."
A hat-trick from Charlie Bernstein kept UJS Norstar B's title celebrations on ice as they were held by Real Life. Maurice Franks, Adam Seres and Harry Abrams replied.
Redbridge C came from 5-0 down to draw against Hendon D. Daniel Castle (2), Craig Sandford, Elliot Fox and Lee Grodent struck for the East Londoners.
RJC joint-manager Michael Winehouse said: "At 5-0 down, things were really bad but we did not let our heads drop. The goal before half time gave us hope and we never looked back."
