Omri Altman says he has been living the dream since joining the Fulham Academy.
The Israeli midfielder, who turns 18 in March, joined Fulham from Maccabi Tel Aviv in April.
The club are set to decide whether to offer Altman a professional contract in January.
Altman said: "Maccabi Tel Aviv gave me so much and set me on the path to a professional career in Europe.
"My life has changed completely at Fulham. It's a great club. I'm here training and studying every day from morning until late afternoon.
"Even though I'm on my own and far from the family, I'm loving every minute of it."
Altman had been nurtured at Maccabi from the age of eight. He qualifies for a UK work permit because he holds a Hungarian passport.
