A damaged eardrum sustained in sparring has forced Milch to scrap a six-round bout at York Hall planned for April 8.
It’s a blow for the Bushey bruiser, who last fought November, but Milch says common sense had to prevail.
He said: “There’s no point taking a chance so it was best to pull out. It’s frustrating but these things happen in boxing. I’m looking to get back out there again in the ring as soon as possible.
“My last fight was back in November and you don’t want to be out of the ring for too long so this is a disappointing setback.”
