Meet the teams: Real Sosobad

articlemain

With two new faces added to their squad, Real Sosobad have high hopes going into the new campaign after a strong first year.

COMPETITIONS ENTERED: All of them

HOPES FOR SEASON: We will be looking to build on a very positive debut season and solidify our status in the first division. I would like for us to have a real go at both cup competitions too.

SQUAD ADDITIONS: We have added a couple of players to the squad and may bring in one or two more with one in particular arriving at the Soso HQ in the next 24 hours for a medical.

WHICH NEW PLAYERS EXCITES YOU MOST? I won’t pick out any one individual as the new players bring different qualities and attributes which are all equally valued.

PLAYERS OUT: We have lost a couple of players this season, both were released after failing to agree new terms. We wish them all the best.

ONES TO WATCH: I am not going to pick out any one player. Each player is an important member of the squad and they look forward to competing as a team.

MAIN CHALLENGERS: There are 12 strong teams in the division this year and many of them are well established MGBSFL clubs. We look forward to meeting our Essex rivals as well as challenging ourselves against the likes of NL Raiders B and FC Team B.

CAPTAIN: Scott Shear

SPONSOR:Whilst there were several offers, we have opted against a sponsor this season

HOME GROUND: Seven Kings School in Ilford

WHAT WILL YOUR TEAM BRING TO THE LEAGUE THIS SEASON
Hopefully plenty of sock tape as the boys went through that like their life depended on it last season.
