Four goals from James Temple eased South Mancs A into the semi-finals of the Henry Swerner MMFL Cup as they thumped Temple Fortune 7-1.

Adam Bradley (2) and Mark Powell completed the rout. Graham Meyer fired a consolation for Fortune.

Glenthorne United A maintained their grip on third spot in Division One. They edged past Faithfold 3-2 courtesy of goals from Gary Adams (2) and David Michaels. Joel Nathan and Jason Rich were the scorers for Faithfold.

A solitary strike from Phil Silver helped EDRS Stonegrove consolidate third in Division Two following a hard fought win over Ashlodge.

Strikes from Mark Rose, Bruce Brent, Brian Deal and Ian Goldsmith helped Norstar Old Boys overcome Clayhall Park Casuals 4-1. Stuart Coutts replied.
