articlemain

North London Raiders retained the Maccabi Masters League Division One title after claiming a 3-1 victory over nearest rivals Waldaf Town.

A double from Richard Sacks, including a late penalty, plus one from Danny Daggers guided NLR home. James Kaye scored for Waldaf.

Scrabble Harmen came from 0-3 down to beat Brady Maccabi A 5-3. Laurence Swerner (2) and Danny Goldman put Brady in the ascendency, but Scrabble hit back in style, with strikes from Paul Lenchner (2), Jonathan Summerfield, Daniel Ruckin and an own goal lifting them up to third place.

Chigwell Athletic also hit the target five times, with Glenn Davis (2), Steve Summers, Richard Jaye and Alex Levack the marksmen in a 5-0 demolition of HMH.

Temple Fortune confirmed their place in the last four of the Nathan Horwitz MMFL Division 2 Cup thanks to strikes from Yali Mamouri and Phil Mayer in a 2-1 win over Hendon Harriers. Daryl Manning replied for Harriers.
