Lions leap to Underhill

MASTERS London Maccabi Lions booked their place in the final of the Nathan Horwitz Maccabi Masters Division Two Cup with a resounding 4-0 victory over Glenthorne United B.

Strikes from Marc Morris, Barry Silkman, Darren Coon and an own goal set up a final against EDRS Stonegrove at Barnet FC's Underhill on May 16.

Matty Kleinman and Daniel Ruckin exchanged goals as Faithfold and Scrabble finished honours even in Division One.

EDRS consolidated third place position in Division Two with a 3-1 win over Clayhall Park Casuals. Guest player Ashley Marks and former Clayhall striker Marc Schneiderman (2) were the marksmen. Leon Pernikis replied for Clayhall.

Ed Saleh (2), Fara Moghim and Spencer Brookner fired Marshside to a 4-2 success over Temple Fortune. Peter Kyte and Yali Mamouri registered for Fortune.

Geoff Isaacs, Simon Pampel and Geoff Green found the net as Ashlodge recorded a rare win, dispatching Glenthorne C 3-0.
