NOMINATIONS
REAL HENDON
Yossi Goldberg (CM) - won every tackle and header against MH Dons
Motty Korman (CM) - crashed into tackles and set up the winner
Benni Sluckis (S) - worked tirelessly up front. Scored on his return to the team and was a handful for the MHD defence throughout
------------------------------
MACCABI LONDON LIONS A
Jamie Jackson (M) - bossed the centre midfield in the second half
Adam Arnold (S) - put in an energetic performance, scoring 2 crucial goals to seal the tie against Hendon
------------------------------
NORTH LONDON RAIDERS C
Liam Stein (S) - an all-round great performance capped off with two brilliant goals to carry Raiders to victory
------------------------------
REDBRIDGE JEWISH CARE B
Matt Berkley (RM) - two very composed finishes. An impressive performance
------------------------------
OAKWOOD B
James Abrams (CAM) - Playing in his preferred No. 10 position he scored two good goals. One a good hit from outside the area and the other was a close range header.
Dan Selwyn (M) - Some beautiful crossing and passing today. Kept his assist tally ticking over. Mercurial best
------------------------------
RC UK FC
Dovi Vogel - played CB CM and RB all in the same game, grabbed the first with a deft finish and assisted the second with a lovely ball over the top that was finished from the edge of the box with a pinpoint chip over the GK and into the far top corner
Daniel Ezra (RWB) - was solid from start finish both in defence and attack
Aaron Luftig (CB) - solid performance from Tiggy, tidy in possession and wasn't beaten once
David Brown (CB) - a true warrior, puts in 100 every game and always delivers
Josh Marlow (CB) - improving with every match and had another outstanding game today
------------------------------
FINCHLEY CITY
Yossi Lanning - (GK - MOTM) saved a penalty and made a couple of other brilliant saves. Was commanding on crosses and displayed one of the best goalkeeping performances we have seen all season.
Oli Sade (S) - magician on the ball. Assisted two goals. Worked extremely hard off the ball and influential in all our attacks.
Daniel Sinclair (D) - rock at the back. Another flawless performance.
Josh Aziz (M) - superb game. Leader on and off the pitch. Covered every blade of grass and dominated the midfield
------------------------------
OAKWOOD A
Alex Lee (D) – Solid display on his return to the side following a lengthy lay off with a foot injury. Huge player to have back involved.
Dale Bradman (D) – solid and played his part in the best defence in the league. Yet another clean sheet
Brad Wine (LM) – unplayable. The Woodford right back must need a long rest after Brad's powerful and unstoppable display on the right-hand side
Rafi Stone (CM – good performance in central midfield
Ben Lauffer (CAM) – his best performance in an Oaks shirt. 2 goals and a controlled display in the number 10 role behind Leor Sidle
------------------------------
BRADY MACCABI
Sam Castle (S) - unplayable throughout the game and bagged himself a first half hat-trick
Daniel Harrod (LM) - vintage performance from the Brady captain with 3 assists from the left-hand side of midfield
------------------------------
SCRABBLE FC
Jonny Mervish (GK) - not having made a competitive start for nearly three years, Mervish came into the side and pulled off some unbelievable quality saves to keep Scrabble in the tie, including a stunning double save a minute from time
Brandon Sassoon (CB) - another top-quality defensive performance from Brandon who also popped up in attack late in the game set up a thrilling finish with Scrabble's second goal
Dan Stock (CB) - playing out of position was like a rock at the heart of the Scrabble defence and along with Brandon coped so well with one of the most pacey and skilful attacking threats in the league from the Finchley strikers
Danny Sherman (S) - top quality show from Danny playing as a lone target man with his back to goal and spent 90 minutes holding up the ball so well and brought his midfielders into the game with his distribution
REFEREE - Andy Myerson - kept the game flowing and controlled the game so well in difficult conditions and spot on with his decisions
------------------------------
MACCABI LONDON LIONS B
Zac Rose (RB) - fantastic performance at right back, keeping the Raiders excellent wingers extremely quiet
Ed Brafman (CB) - a real big captain's performance on the big day, wins every single challenge
Daniel Behar (LB) - absolutely terrific, up and down the pitch from left back, worked his socks off and got an assist for Bloom's second
Nick Landesberg (CM) - protected the back 4 like a true warrior. Would not let anything past.
Benji Weinberger (LM) - a full-hearted committed performance, helping out his left back whilst causing continues problems for the Raiders defence. Got the 4th goal to sew up the game
Joshua Bloom (S) - didn’t start the game, but coming on after 30 mins showed his true quality, class and passion. Scored two goals in 15 mins to put Lions ahead going into half time
Michael Kenley (S) - struggled for chances but worked off the scraps like a professional, making it very hard for the defence to be comfortable and unselfishly based the ball when on a 1v1 situation.
