---------------------
NOMINATIONS
MACCABI LONDON LIONS BLUE
James Harpin (GK) - superb performance - kept us in the game with two fantastic one-on-one saves from Adam Ellis, as well as saving three penalties in the shoot-out
---------------------
BAYERN MINCHA
Joe Nyman (GK) - outstanding during the match and saved two penalties in the shootout (both of which if scored would’ve been winning penalties)
Sammy Liebert (RB) - outstanding over 120 minutes, with two crucial goalline clearances
Gav Nussbaum (CB) - a brilliant performance from him, probably his best in a Bayern shirt
Eli Davila (CDM) - must have covered a good 10 miles today with his engine and showed he has the class to perform against a premier standard midfield
---------------------
REDBRIDGE JEWISH CARE A
Nathan Sollosi (M) - continues his club record scoring record. His hat-trick from midfield included a 35 yard worldie that dipped and swerved and was simply unstoppable
Steve Summers (S) - another hat-trick from the evergreen striker who still continues to defy 'father time,' too good to play Masters Football yet
---------------------
STRAW HAT PIRATES
Jono Nesbitt (M) - strong midfield performance capped by sublime finish to score SHP's third
---------------------
HENDON UNITED SPORTS
Zac Lewis (S) - "the most technically gifted player in the MGBSFL," according to Greg Corin. "Scores some outrageous goals, amazingly talented"
Larry Cohen (CB) - "was playing top league professional in South Africa a couple of seasons ago and was on the verge of the national team. He had many trials at European clubs and in Israel. Is a huge asset when available to play for us. Amazing in the air, different class long range pass and reads the game at the next level. Great player
---------------------
OAKWOOD A
Joe Botchin (GK) - some fantastic saves to thwart Hendon on his home debut
Tom Cantor (CB) - superb performance. Getting better with each match
---------------------
NORTH LONDON RAIDERS A
Zack Neiman (CB) - all-round play was quality and made an important goal-saving challenge before Raiders going up the other end and making it 2-1. Excellent performance, scoring two including one quality finish
---------------------
TEMPLE FORTUNE A
Josh Klepper (CB) - the standout defender against PMT holders North London Raiders A
Lee Fegan (GK) - saved a late penalty in normal time to give Fortune parity after 90 minutes of graft by everyone. And he made a few other fine saves but was beaten by two cruel deflections which could have gone anywhere
---------------------
MILL HILL DONS
Jamie Nagioff (CDM) - absolutely bossed the midfield battle today, his trickery on the ball at times was wonderful to watch. He started many attacks, made several key interceptions and tackles and scored once and set up another. An all-round great performance
Richard Reback (GK) - made some very crucial saves to keep Straw Hat out. Made a great double save early on and also made some impressive saves late on to maintain our lead
Zach Cohen (S) - was at it once again. He was involved in three goals today, scoring one and setting up two. He was once again causing nightmares for the opposition defence, he glided past players with ease at times
Adam Morrow (CB) - his performance perfectly epitomised the role of a modern day balling playing centre back. He looked extremely comfortable when on the ball, playing it out of the back effectively on several occasions. He also made some crucial challenges and blocks throughout
---------------------
CATFORD & BROMLEY MACCABI
Guy Ben-Aroya (GK) - "kept us in the game" and saved a penalty in shoot-out to send his team through
Joel Lassman (CM) - "a fantastic skipper's performance"
---------------------
LOS BLANCOS
Gideon Rabstein (GK) - played out his skin against Raiders B and has shown huge improvement each week
Joel Barnett (CB) - filling in, did a job Azpilicueta would be proud of
Simon Moses (S) - was back to his best with a superbly taken hat-trick
