NOMINATIONS

SCRABBLE FC
Jonathan Peters (CB) - not playing in his favourite position, he was rock solid with Anthony Goodmaker at the heart of the defence
Ben Law (GK) - crucial saves when called on
Adam Waters (RM) - superb battling performances bruised and battered but a 'never say die attitude'
Dan Green (CM) - ball-winner. Went in where it hurts and mostly came out with the ball
Elliot Espinoza (S) - our playmaker used off the striker today and later dropping back in his more familiar midfield role. Didn't waste a pass and always a threat. Superb goal as well
Danny Sherman (S) - again playing most of the game with his back to goal bringing people into play and 90 minutes of unselfish running
Zak McLeod (LW/S) - mazy silky runs the Faithfold defenders couldn't hold him. Got on the scoresheet as well
Josh Krewne (RB) - had a tough job marking tricky veteran Daryl Phillips but so solid in that role

----------------------

OAKWOOD B
Dan Linton (CB) - injury-plagued season for a lad used to play right back. But so assured and calm in possession today. Reads the game well and his hero James Milner would have been proud of that performance
Rafi Bloom FWD: Bloomy has it all. So talented but it's not quite come off for him this year. Today was great from him. Ran himself into the ground, got the opener and worked so, so hard. Delighted for him
Ben Annis (LW) - two goals, loads of energy. Turned up stinking of vodka but played like a fine champagne

----------------------

REDBRIDGE JEWISH CARE A
Nathan Sollosi has to be nominated this week just for his goal alone but back to full fitness. He is the real deal

----------------------

MACCABI LONDON LIONS B
Nick Landesberg (CB) - back from a three-week injury and showed his class. Totally solid at the back and got on the end of two set pieces to get two goals
Adam Lipman (CDM) - ran the show from the middle of the park, distributing passes around the pitch and breaking up everything he could

----------------------

NORTH LONDON RAIDERS C
Zack Gothelf (Manager) - changed formation at half-time in a scrappy battle against Real Hendon to turn a 1-0 deficit at half time into a 2-1 win at the final whistle

----------------------

OAKWOOD A
Dave Woolman (S) - worked tirelessly. Took his goal well
Lee Warner (LB) - solid performance

----------------------

HENDON UNITED SPORTS CLUB A
Avi Korman - has been in sensational form in the last 2 months and will be a key man in next months cup final
Avi Mocton (CB) - drafted in last minute and did not put a foot wrong in an unfamiliar central defensive position

----------------------

TEMPLE FORTUNE
Josh Klepper (CM) – won a penalty, providing a total of three assists including a peach of pass for Amir Wiselmans’ second
Amir Wiselman (RM) – two superb goals from our youngest player who never looks out of place

----------------------

FC TEAM C
Eddie Sternberg (CM) – involved in everything and two goals were deserved for his days’ work

----------------------

REAL SOSOBAD
Sam McCarthy (CB) – Macca was rock solid in the heart of defence, controlled the whole back line and provided the team with a lot of certainty throughout the game. A super performance
Fabio Rivieccio (CF) – worked the line tirelessly for 90 minutes as a lone striker. Never gave up on any ball, chased everything and capped off an excellent performance with two very well deserved goals

----------------------

NORTH LONDON RAIDERS C
Grant Waissel (GK) - looking in fine form at the moment, pulled off some important saves and kept his usual command of the box - and all after getting engaged on Saturday night!
