Brady A will travel to Premier Division rivals Redbridge in the last four after edging past Manchester in an ill-tempered affair against the 2011 winners at Brooklands.
Jonny Ellis was the matchwinner as Joel Nathan's boys joined Redbridge, South Manchester and Camden Park in the hat for the last four.
Manchester finished with 10 men after Oliver Gilbert was shown a straight red for an over the top tackle in the second half.
Jubilant Brady boss Joel Nathan told JC Sport: "The game was not the greatest advert for football, but we knew we were in for a battle and when it got tough they couldn't deal with our stronger players.
"We now have a semi-final to look forward to and hope to go one stage further than last season."

SOUTH MANCHESTER SPORTS CLUB 1st 3 HENDON UNITED SPORTS CLUB A 1 AET
Extra-time strikes from Harvey Kaye and star striker Adam Lavin earned South Manchester a famous victory as they sent holders Hendon tumbling out at the Armitage.
Jack Lee had put South Manchester ahead after 85 minutes but Hendon hit back straight away through Avi Korman to make it 1-1 after 90 minutes.
South Manchester player-manager Loz Newman told JC Sport: "We know Hendon are a really good side and we were missing a few players too, but our tempo, and concentration was excellent particularly the second half.
"I felt we were really good value for our win. Thanks to Hendon for making the trip and I wish them well in their remaining league games.
"We are delighted to still be representing Manchester in this competition."
Deflated Hendon boss David Garbacz told JC Sport: "If there were two words I hoped I wouldn't be using they would be brave defeat, but ultimately that was exactly what this was.
"I was proud to be associated with Hendon today. We gave it absolutely everything, with all the youngsters and Motti Colman putting in great performances. It was a game that could have gone either way, but ultimately they used 16 fit players in the match and as the game wore on our limited resourses were exposed.
"Well played to South Mancs - they were a good strong team and in a game of very fine margins they got the breaks. For us, it was not to be this year in the cups - there will be new names on both trophies but we will be back and we now must ensure we win our last three league games and see where that takes us."
South Manchester will host first division Camden Park on April 14.

RJC boss Eilon Kennet told JC Sport: "Raiders were never going to be a push-over; nobody is at this stage of the competition.
"Coupled with their insightful knowledge of how to play on their worn out 3G pitch, they were always going to be tough opponents. In fact, we have a poor record at Brunel, so we had to careful."
Raiders chairman Jonny Adelman, who took charge of the team in the absence of manager Rob Richman, told JC Sport: "We kept compact and battled well, but were undone by the direct ball against a well-drilled Redbridge. I couldn't have asked any more from the boys, especially with our wide players missing.
"We're very motivated to finish the league season strongly and most importantly we wish the gaffer a huge mazel tov on the arrival of baby Jake!"

Faithfold player-manager David Garson told JC Sport: "Despite the arctic conditions, we played some good football today, kept the ball well and scored some good goals again.
