A depleted Redbridge team performed heroically but in the end they were undone by goals from Lee Cash (2), making it seven in two, and Rob Lerner as Neasden were given a massive scare by the Division Three title hopefuls in Fairlop.
Dan Gordon bagged a brace for Redbridge who gave the the three-time double champions a huge fright, and even took the lead through Daniel Gordon, who went on to score a second later on.
RJC manager Richard Bronzite, who also filled in as referee for the tie, told JC Sport: "I'm very proud of the boys. The fact they wanted to play the game with eight players on Wednesday shows the character they have.
"We worked very hard all over the pitch and the boys can be very proud of themselves. Although Neasden were the better team, there definitely did not look like three divisions between us.
"We have had decent cup runs this year but know we have the league to concentrate on. We are playing catch up with the rest of the league and a lot of points between us and first place. Every game is a must win game for us now."
NWN manager Jamie Cole told JC Sport: "We were poor today and capable of so much better.
"Changes need to be made if we stand any chance this season."

"We started very well scoring two early goals and we never looked back. We didn't really give Camden a sniff, but we must ensure we play with the same attitude and discipline next week.

A hat-trick from DARYL PHILLIPS helped Faithfold claim a deserved win over the Raiders at The Hive with the visitors on the backfoot for more than half of the match after keeper Danny Berliner was sent off.
Mike Pearson put the home side in front after latching on to a cross-shot from Phillips at the far post.
Beaten 3-2 in the corresponding fixture, a dominant Faithfold, who hit the woodwork four times, bossed the midfield with the trio of Paul Babai, Alex Kaye and Benji Dymant in top form.
And they received a boost after 30 minutes when Pearson beat Berliner to a ball over the top. With eyes firmly on the ball, the keeper took out Pearson who was clean through. The ball rolled to Phillips who side-footed home but refereen Andy Myerson had already blown for the foul and sent Berliner off.
Ben Sheldon took over in goal and a misunderstand at the back early in the second half allowed Phillips to fire home into an unguarded net.
Phillips scored two more in the last 30 minutes with Raiders claiming a consolation through Jamie Wolfson.
Faithfold's goal-scoring hero told JC Sport: "I think even before the sending off we were in control but in football it can always change. We definitely started the brighter.
"Credit to Raiders who never gave up."
Adam Fegan, the Raiders joint-manager, told JC Sport: "The best team on the day won. We conceded a very early goal to a team who showed more desire. The sending off of our keeper at 1-0 down effectively ended the match as a contest and we had to play 60+ minutes with 10 men and without our regular keeper.
"However I don't want to take anything away from Faithfold who deserved their win. We will have to learn from this match and move on to next week where we will put our wrongs to right."
Co-manager Danny Caro, who was forced to leave the match early, said: "Some days you just have to hold up your hands and admit that the best team won. Faithfold outplayed and outbattled us on the day. They were set up in a way that we could not get to get grips with, and dominated from start to finish. On this form, they can beat anyone."

David Garbacz, the Hendon manager, told JC Sport: "There are always some games in a season, if you want to challenge for trophies that you have to win 'ugly'. Yesterday was one of them. We were severely depleted already with several regulars missing and then Russell Corin our keeper pulled out late Saturday night.
"This meant Avidan Last had to go in goal and the last time he donned a pair of gloves was in the school playground at Hasmonean over 10 years ago. Despite that, he was magnificent, as was the entire team. It was a real battling performance.
"We dominated the first half whilst missing a couple of chances but I have to admit we were under the cosh in the second. We stood firm and focused and were always dangerous on the break.
"When Greg Corin finished coolly in the 87th minute it was a very special moment with the entire team jumping on top of him.
"All credit to Lions who did not play like a bottom three team but even bigger credit to us for battling to the end and securing a vital win. I was really proud of all the boys today."
Eilon Kennet, the Lions manager, told JC Sport: "Full marks to Hendon who managed to nick a goal with three minutes left, but I have never seen us so totally dominate a game and come away with nothing."

Two goals from Steve Summers and one from Lewis Walker kept Redbridge on course for the title as they proved too strong for Neasden B at Fairlop.
Sam McCarthy, the Redbridge manager, told JC Sport: "The teams performance was outstanding. The score in my view does not reflect the fact that we dominated the game from the whistle. We had countless chances and all credit must be given to the Neasden keeper who pulled off some great saves to keep the scoreline more respectable.
"I can't recall a game that for the first 45 minutes the opposing team could not get out of their half. With exception of one or two long balls pumped up field from Neasden, we kept them nailed in their half. It was disappointing to go in at half time being only one goal up after we had placed considerable pressure on Neasdon.
"Fortunately the second half brought us just rewards and our persistence paid off."
NWN joint-manager Ryan Glynne told JC Sport: "I Cant really complain about the result. We played a good side who are strong at the back, and in midfield and up front, they have just a great bit of quality. I thought Ben Sollosi ,in midfield, was excellent also.
"We battled for each other in the first half and were under so much pressure. Only great goal-keeping from David Fox kept them at bay.
"We created one or two opportunites in the second half, but against such a strong side, conceding chances was always going to happen. The third goal was a bit of a joke as the ref seemed to miss a blatent foul and the second goal should never have come about as we were in the opposition half in possession and 10 seconds later we had conceded.
"For confidence it was a blow, but we have competed in all but two games this year so we are happy with that."

Richard Slater, Chigwell's player-manager, told JC Sport: "Full credit must go to RJC. I'm not quite sure how they're second from bottom. They probably had the majority of possession but we attacked well, in numbers and on the break today and took our chances, and that's what wins you football matches at any level."

A Danny Moss double got FC Team’s season back on track as they overcame Harmen B in a seven-goal thriller at Old Camdenians.
Richard Salmon and Jonny Breger were the other scorers for Mitch Young’s men.
Harmen’s marksmen were Lloyd Becker (2) and Dan Beckwith.
FC Team manager Mitch Young told JC Sport: ""I am pleased with the result. We were excellent in the first half, exellent scoring three great goals. But during the second half, the pitch was a mud-heap and the game became very scrappy, but we battled well for the deserved victory.
"There is a long way to go this season and we must sharpen up in certain areas but it was a step in the right direction."

The Raiders moved three points clear at the top of Division One with a hard fought win over a spirited Lions C in Uxbridge.
A Lewis Blitz brace plus one from Nicky Woolf wrapped up the points for Rob Richman’s men.
Raiders went one up after five minutes, great work down the wing by Hershman led to a cross falling at the feet of Blitz who smashed home from a few yards out.
For the rest of the half Lions dominated possession and they equalised after a set piece wasn't cleared properly leaving Max Kyte an easy finish to make it 1-1.
Despite Lions dominating possession, it was Raiders who had the best chances with Rik Sherman accountable for a host of missed opportunities.
Raiders came out the stronger side in the second half and two goals in as many minutes sealed the game. First Hershman cleverly played in Woolf whose perfectly weighted cross was tapped home by Blitz. Then just moments later Foley-Comer's clever pass allowed Woolf to nip in front of his marker and slot home with this left foot.
Lions did pull a goal back through a Shai Davidi penalty in the third minute of stoppage time but moments later the final whistle sounded.
Raiders boss Rob Richman told JC Sport: "It wasn't our greatest performance, and in the first half their were definite signs of us not having played for a few weeks.
"We were better in the second half and overall I am obviously just pleased to begin 2011 with a victory."

Woodford overcame their blip thanks to a hat-trick of penalties from the ice-cool JEROME MARKS as they put themselves back in the mix with a hard earned win over promotion rivals Faithfold B in Redbridge.
But for the third week running, the East Londoners played the majority of the match with 10 men, as, after just eight minutes, midfielder Jamie Golding was sent of for a 50/50 challenge on the keeper.
Woodford showed there class after coming back from behind twice to win the game with three second half spot-kicks.
Alex Aviram, the Woodford manager, told JC Sport: "I thought the ref handled the game extremely well, apart from the sending off, which could of gone either way. He was dealt with a physical Faithold team and he did well.
"The score speaks for itself, credit to all my lads, we worked extremely hard. even with 10 men we dominated and got the win we all deserve. Onwards and upwards."

"We were somewhat fortunate to be 2-up at half time and they missed some good chances, but after containing them and killing the game for the first 10 minutes of the second period we started to pick them off on the counter and probably should have had eight.
"It was really encouraging to see us grow in to the game late on after the previous week and hopefully this will set the tone for the season to come.
"To have all three forwards get a goal is also really encouraging and especially for Maurice Franks, who has been short on confidence but put in a strong performance and has turned the corner."

Doubles from Matt Radstone and Assi Avital inspired UJIA to a 4-0 demolition of JLGB.
UJIA dominated the first half and went in 4-0 ahead at the break. JLGB forced UJIA player-manager Darren Rolfe into action and he was equal to a shot from Joe Cullum. Rob Silverman, the JLGB player-manager, missed another decent opening.
After making some tactical changes JLGB began to complete in the second half, creating some good chances, the best of which fell to Jonny Reid who missed a one-on-one.
Jon Temerlies, playing his last game for the JLGB, led the team well today and almost got a goal with a curling effort requiring a save. The JLGB boys wish him good luck in the USA.
JLGB manager Rob Silverman told JC Sport: "We didn't turn up in the first half and, with Matt Radstone on form for UJIA, as well as two or three other very good players, JLGB could not cope.
"In the second half, I was much more pleased with the way we played. Our biggest prroblem at the moment seems to be converting chances, oh, and conceding goals!
"Roll on next week for what, on paper, should be a much tighter affair."

We were slow out the blocks after going down 1-0 in the opening minutes , we turned on the style after are early wake up call. The result could of been lot worst for Hendon. We rattled the frame of the goal on three occasions, collectively the park boys were bar far the best team on the pitch.
"We're looking forward to our return fixture next week with Hendon. I'm sure that they be looking for revenge, but it isn't going to happen."

JEROME COLMANS concluded his birthday week in style with a hat-trick leading the team home in the 9-1 demolition of Bilbaum.
Playing their first match for several weeks, Oluseun Thomas’ men were a cut above their opponents, with other goals coming from Goldsmith, Dom Hallet, Richard Winton, Richard Benson, Jonny Meltzer and Levy
Inter forged ahead following some Nasri-esque footwork from Winton to set up COlmans, but even though they scored first, manager Oluseun Thomas "felt that Inter still hadn't really switched on". His fear came true by Bilbaum equalising through Greibach.
Colmans struggled to get a grip on the game in the middle of the park but Winton and Scott Ackerman were very creative, and from this inspiration, Inter finally stepped up a gear going in 3-1 up at the half.
They didn't ease off for a second in the second half with goals from Benson and penalty conversions from Colmans. Winton then continued to cause the Bilbaum lots of difficulty by driving from midfield. Set-piece king Colmans rounded off the rout with a sublime strike direct from a corner.
Thomas told JC Sport: "We showed a great team spirit and hunger for the title, with excellent come back cameos from Mark Wayne, Paul Katz and Dan Goldsmith, we feel we are able to push on in our hunt for promotion.
"A number of players really stood up and shone, especially as Jerome had his worst performance of the season, bar his hat-trick!"

In-form Raiders C made it three out of three with JACK FRANKS claiming the match ball after a quality treble in Hatfield.
Harry Franks (2) and Darren Russell finished the job.
The first half was a close affair and we didn't play as well as we have done in recent weeks but a 25-yard screamer bang on 45 minutes from Harry Franks gave the Raiders a two-goal cushion at half time.
A penalty from Russell and one from Jack Franks had given L'Orange a two-goal lead before Jewve halved the deficit from the spot.
Raiders came out for the second half all guns blazing and took control of the game scoring 4,5 and 6 without reply.
Jewventus were always second best but hit back through Brown, Richard Fogelman and Gabriel Saul.
Oli Shorts, the Raiders boss, told JC Sport: "A solid performance from my team today and another three points. The first half was a close affair and we didn't play as well as we have done in recent weeks but a 25 yard screamer bang on 45 minutes from Harry Franks gave us a two goal cushion at half time.
"We switched off for the last quarter with Jewve scoring two fantastic long-range efforts, yet we still had time to miss a penalty with the last kick of the game.
"I'm so proud of the team since the winter break and they've really come on. Everyone has played their socks off.
"Credit to Jewve though as they did play some really nice football and I'm surprised that they aren't in the mix at the top of the table."
Jewventus boss Gabriel John told JC Sport: We were beaten by a rejuvenated side containing a pair of quality players; the twins. One who scored a 25-yard screamer with his right foot first half, then bettered it with his left second half. Two of the best goals I have ever seen scored against us. They were the difference."

Leaders Blizzard Storm were surprised by a rejuvenated Neasden C team.
Player-manager Louis Taylor led the way with a double, with others coming through Laurence Spear, Richard Braham and Jack Peet.
Taylor's double took him into double figures for the season, Peet blasted home a free-kick from, Braham's strike was a heavily deflected effort from long-range while a a smart finish from Spear completed the job.
A delighted Taylor told JC Sport: "A fantastic performance saw us deservedly beat the team at the top of the table.
"A great performances from all of our players and subs today - it just goes to show what we can achieve when we get our strongest team out and battle from start to finish.
"We wish Blizzard all the best for the rest of the season - Simon Linden is a great lad and I hope they go on to do well."
Michael Woolf grabbed a consolation for Blizzard.
