Real Mallorca striker Tomer Hemed believes he is under Liverpool’s radar as the Reds look to strengthen their front line in January.
The Israeli marksman boosted his chances of a big money move when he scored in the 3-2 defeat against Sevilla.
He has scored six goals in La Liga this season – only Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo and Radamel Falcao have scored more goals in Spain.
Hemed also hit five goals for Israel earlier this month in the home and away victories over Luxembourg in the World Cup qualifiers.
It is believed Real Mallorca would want in the region of £5 million for the striker.
I know that I am an option being considered by Liverpool to strengthen their squad and it is very flattering.

"To the best of my knowledge there have been no official contacts. I'm trying not to think too much about this at the moment."
