Andy Lee reclaimed the Robert Whiteson Memorial tournament singles title after a gap of 12 years. In a repeat of last year’s final, Lee defeated David Binder in straight sets, 6-2, 6-4. Maccabiah star Lee, 29, grew up in Manchester and won the title as a teenager three years in a row from 1995 to 1997.
