Adam Morris helped restrict Yarl to 176-9 from 40 overs, ably supported by Jonny Evans (2-24) and Josh Reynolds (2-23). There was also a wicket for Scott Gerard.
Evans also impressed with the bat, putting on a match-winning partnership with Frumar. Evans blasted 46 runs from 57 deliveries, including seven boundaries. Australian all-rounder Frumar finished unbeaten on 56 from 81 balls as Belmont cruised to victory with more than seven overs to spare.
Elsewhere, London Maccabi Vale slipped to a 30-run defeat in a high-scoring encounter against Ruislip Orientals.
Set 267 for victory, LMV openers Danny Caro (57) and Sam Clarfield put on 166 for the first wicket. Jonathan Gould (32) and Clarfield continued the good work before teenager Clarfield was bowled ten runs short of a century.
The LMV middle-order was then undone by some clever spin bowling, with three batsmen stumped as they fell 30 runs short.
