Adam Warner claimed two gold and a bronze at the British Gas ASA National Masters & Senior Age Group Championships in Sheffield.
Warner dominated the distance events, winning the 800m and 1,500m titles at the Ponds Forge International Sports Centre.
Representing the Borough of Harrow, he saw off the challenge of 201 competitors in the 800m and set a PB in the 1,500m. He also took bronze in the 400m freestyle.
Warner said: "In the 1,500m race, I ended up lapping the whole racing field, which is something I have never done before. Also, I have never won back-to-back titles at a major championship."
This was his first short-course meet of the season.
