Danny Caro's Monthly Awards: September

articlemain

Oakwood hotshot Jacob Richler Kleiman has been named JC Player of the Month for September.

The former Manchester Maccabi marksman hit the target eight times to propel his Oakwood team to second in Division One. His most recent strike came in the 2-2 draw against Raiders B with his team trailing 2-0 to maintain their unbeaten run.

His manager, Jason Stein, described him as "cool and collected in front of goal" and highlighted his recent four-goal salvo against Blancos, with a broken nose. Stein told JC Sport: “He has a goal-scorer instinct and turns his chances into goals.”

Ray Abrahams marked his 10-year sabbatical from Sunday morning football by winning the JC Manager of the Month award. He has led Scrabble FC to the top of Division Two with a 100 per cent record. The team has registered 14 goals and conceded just once.

It’s a Hendon United one-two in the Premier with the free-scoring Dovi Fehler and David Garbacz claiming the top player and managerial awards. Team Maccabi GB star Fehler started the season in sensational form with hat-tricks in Hendon’s first two matches.

Josh Dagul picked up the top boss award in Division One following Brady Maccabi’s unbeaten start, while there was double delight for Scrabble FC when it was announced that Jonathan Peters was the star player in Division Two.
