November 24, 2016 22:51

The Zemel Choir that was formed nearly 55 years ago, has a brand new website full of information about the Choir's activities, past and present. More information is being added on a daily basis, so please keep an eye on it.

The address of the new site is www.zemelchoir.org

On the site you can listen to many complete tracks from some our recordings made over the years. You will also find various youtube videos and loads of photos from recent concerts. You will also be able to read about this season's repertoire', and see information about our Musical Directors, Ben Wolf and Maureen Creese.

We have also set up the Zemel's Jewish Choral Music Forum that runs through the website at http://www.zemelchoir.org/jewish-choral-music-forum/

In this way we are trying to make the new Zemel Choir website a useful resource on some of the best jewish choral music, traditional and modern.

Singing and listening to Jewish choral music can be enjoyed by people of all ages. To reach out to a wider audience we have integrated some of the most popular social networking websites into the new Zemel website. Here are the links:

Facebook, http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=2348304096&ref=ts
Youtube, http://www.youtube.com/user/Zemelchoir
Twitter http://twitter.com/zemelchoir
Soundcloud http://soundcloud.com/zemelchoir

If you like Jewish Choral music and enjoy singing, you will be able to find out more information about joining the Zemel Choir on our website. We are always looking for new members !

We hope you like the new site and we look forward to keeping in touch with you and seeing you at one of our concerts, or even at a rehearsal !
