She should be in no doubt that I consider he comment serious enough to have complained to the JC once again about the vile personal attacks they are allowing on their website in complete contravention of their own usage policy - I await their response. But to address the comment when newspapers write about Jesus do they call him "the Saviour" - thought not. When they talk about Moses do they call him "our Teacher" - thought not. All the article was trying to do was point out that calling Mohammed the Prophet has now crept into everyday language as if that epithet was universally accepted - but of course the Judeophobe suzanna goes into apoplexy.

About Goldfish's comment about Hugo Gryn, as an orthodox Jew of course I do not recognise him as a "Rabbi" I do not recognise Julia Neuberger as a Rabbi either but why should that have anything to do with the subject in hand. Although I did not recognise Hugo Gryn as a Rabbi because he denied the truth of the Torah as handed down to Moses at Sinai I had deep respect him for the man he was and for what he did for the Jewish people.
