And now: Swine flu for iPhone

Here's a great one for gadget lovers.

US-based technology buff Barry Schwartz has come up with a Swine flu-related iPhone application. Mr Schwartz has devised IntuApps, which uses a Swine Flu tracker to identify where the virus is spreading in relation to the user's whereabouts. It is pending approval from Apple before it’s released into the Apple Store but has been causing quite a stir in the techno blogosphere. Even CNN, Fox News and the Washington Post have reported on it. Mr Schwartz, a regular blogger, says he can not believe how much interest the application has generated. A bit like the flu itself then.
