Recipe: Sula Leon’s savoury parmesan biscuits for Pesach

These are lovely to nibble with drinks or to accompany soup. If you like, you could add some chopped pecan nuts into the pastry dough.

  • Line a baking sheet with baking parchment and heat your oven to 160°C.
  • Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1cm and cut out 5cm circles. Lay them on the lined baking sheet.
  • Scatter over the grated parmesan and bake for 15 minutes.

1 quantity of Pesach herb pastry

75g grated parmesan cheese
