Future-proof your skin

articlemain

Although I haven't quite reached the “big 40” mark, I’m not too far behind! Wrinkles and fine lines have become my new obsession. Though I'm fortunate to have good skin genes running in my family (my 80-year-old grandma looks at least 10 years younger while my mother never seems to age at all) I’m not taking the risk of relying on just science — my luck, I'll be the one that breaks the mould!

The anti-ageing market is a billion-dollar industry with skincare promising miracle results. Hefty price tags have become a given but that doesn't stop consumers buying into the latest claims of everlasting youth. I hold my hands up as one of those hungry consumers desperately searching for that Benjamin Button potion. I do, however, strongly believe every woman over the age of 25 should incorporate these skincare essentials before allowing those fine lines to get deeper and more pronounced.

I'm always shocked how many women I know don't even wear a moisturiser and then moan when they notice lines slowly appearing.

Blemish-free glowing skin will always be desirable. Introduce these small changes to help you get there.
