Blake snaps into action for Jessops staff

articlemain

Photographer Blake Ezra is inviting Jessops staff who lost their jobs in the collapse of the retail camera chain to apply for an apprenticeship at his company.

Mr Ezra, 29 - a former BBYO national president who works for a number of communal charities - said "it makes sense to reach out to the people with a love of photography who have lost their jobs on the high street. There are lots of young talented people out there who can’t get a break.”

At the end of a one - year, full - time, paid apprenticeship, the successful applicant will have a High National Diploma - and probably a job at the company.

The position is not exclusively for Jessops ex-employees and anyone interested should email their CV to Mr Ezra at info@blakeezraphotography.com
