Hendon Hawks Tigers played HMH Blue under 9's on the 16th November at Burnt Oak Leisure Centre.

Hendon Hawks Tigers began the first match on the back foot as a dominant HMH Blue side dicated the first half of the first game. Both teams had a fair amount of chances to open the scoring, however, the first half ended with the score still level at 0-0.

The second half was more open with plenty of attacking football from both sides. It was HMH Blue who opened the scoring in the end with Jacy Josephs slotting the ball beyond the Hawks keeper.

Akiva Restan then provided Hendon Hawks Tigers with an equaliser as he struck the ball from the edge of the penalty area, beating the HMH Blue keeper.

HMH Blue then fought back to win the game 2-1 thanks to a Jacob Shaw goal.

HMH Blue followed on from the first game with great attacking football, although it was Hendon Hawks Tigers who were the more impressive with the best chance of the first half falling to Matti Karp as Matti beat the HMH defence before dribbling beyond the goalkeeper only to find the side-netting.

Hendon Hawks ended the first half the stronger despite the first half finishing 0-0. Hendon Hawks Tigers took the initiative as Restan slotted the ball past the HMH Blue goalkeeper from the edge of the penalty early in the second half.

The Hawks first goal was shortly followed by a Hawks second as a fantastic exchange of passes by Akiva Restan and Yossi saw Karp take the ball in his stride and slot the ball past the HMH Blue goalkeeper providing Hendon Hawks with a 2-0 win.
