Red-hot Redbridge leave Lions in a spot of bother

Redbridge Jewish Care A remain the only team in the JC MSFL Premier Division with a 100 per cent record after they beat London Maccabi Lions A 2-1. Ben Sollosi and Lewis Walker were their scorers. Mike Pearson pulled one back for the Lions.

Two goals from Jacob Gold helped North London Raiders A end Faithfold A's perfect record in a 3-2 victory. Rob Sanford made it 3-0 before Paul Babai and substitute David Lederman set up a grandstand finish.

Defending champions North West Neasden A claimed their first win of the season with a 9-1 demolition of Neasden B. James Gershfield (4), Lee Cash (2), Jonny Ellis, Rob Lerner and Kyle Bentwood completed the rout.

Jason Wood, Jonny Breger, Adam Rones and Richard Salmon helped FC Team A make it four out of four in Division One with a 4-0 demolition of Lions C.

Steve Summers (3), Jon Swead, Paul Lenchner and Doron Weinstein steered Chigwell Athletic to a 6-2 success over Southgate Harmen B.

There were no surprises in the first round of the JC Cyril Anekstein Cup. Josh Hershman (2), Rob Kleinman and Craig Cohen helped Brady Maccabi win the all-Division One clash 4-2 against Montana Boca United A. Tom Miller and Gary Cohen struck for Montana.

A stunning five-goal salvo from Rob Benson helped Temple Fortune A thump FC Team B 8-0. Michael Goldberg (2) and Paul Walker completed the rout.

Mark Pollack, David Castle and an own goal earned Redbridge B a 3-2 win at Athletic Bilbaum.

Josh Pater, Rafi Marom and Sean Preston were the marksmen as Catford & Bromley Maccabi overcame Blizzard Storm.

Ben Kanter hit the winner as L'Equipe edged past Brixton Old Boys.

Daniel Hildebrand (3) and Josh Brooks were on the mark as Faithfold B beat Faithfold C 4-1.

Stefan Simons (2), Josh Shindler, Paul Samuels and Jeff Gross earned Heath Banta a 5-3 win over Inter Borehamwood. Jerome Colmans, Dan Goldsmith and Jonny Meltzer netted for Inter.

Mario Mielniscuk (3) and Danny Marti helped Holy Mount Zion overpower Hendon United Sports Club B 4-2.

Brothers Matt Geey (2) and Daniel Geey found the target as Oakwood progressed with a 3-1 victory at Norstar A.

Kenny Markeson hit the winner as Real Life returned to winning ways against Zig Zag.

Jamie Crawford (3) and Daniel Lassman eased Glenthorne United B to a 4-0 success over Team JLGB.

Jamie Sinclair (2), Dan Gordon and Lee Grodent inspired Redbridge C to a 4-0 win over UJIA for whom Jake Green suffered a broken ankle.

Camden Park came from behind to beat FC Marylebone after extra time. Leo Feldman, Guy Marks and Mark Klein were the scorers.
