Raiders ticked all the boxes, says Shafron

MGBSFL PREMIER DIVISION
BRADY MACCABI 1 NORTH LONDON RAIDERS A 8

Dan Shafron admits Brady Maccabi caught North London Raiders on a good day as the defending champions registered their most emphatic victory of the season.

With striker Matt Stock in rampaging form, newly-promoted Brady were simply swept aside in the fog at Rowley Lane.

Stock came back to haunt his former club with a treble, with Ben Ellis (2), Liron Mannie, David Cohen and Nyv Bogaire joining the Halloween party.

Brady's consolation came from, you guessed it, Reiss Mogilner.

NLR boss Dan Shafron told JC Sport: "I was very pleased with the performance but most importantly another three points.

"Brady have shown that they will give all teams in this league a good game but they caught us in full flow and in good form.

"We once again scored plenty of goals and created many more chances. It's great having so many options in the final third where we are currently doing real damage but at the same time having a level of consistency and balance all over the pitch."
