Frenchie Freedman fired Crumpsall to a second successive league win following a pulsating clash with Leeds Maccabi 3rd.

Zevi Saunders’ side, who defeated reigning champions Manchester Maccabi 3rd last Sunday, hit five for the second week in a row to claim all three points.

Freedman hit a stunning hat-trick and Gav Bollel scored twice as the visitors came from behind in a difficult encounter.

Dan Davidson’s brace and an Olly Abrahamson strike had put Leeds firmly in control at 3-1 as Alex Ullmann’s side eyed up their maiden win of the campaign.

But Crumpsall stormed back to win 5-3 and continue their recovery after a disastrous start to the season.

Oakhill Lions claimed their first league win of the season following a 2-1 win over Republic of Mancunia 2nd.

Joe Davis and Simon Finkelstein were on target for the Lions with Blake Englander scoring for Republic.

In the Feldman Trophy, South Manchester 2nd booked their place in the last eight courtesy of a 2-1 win over Hyde Park Rovers.

Jack Lee scored twice on his return from injury for Neil Collins men to set up a quarter-final clash with Manchester Maccabi 3rd.

Adam Jackson scored for Rovers as they crashed out in the opening round.

Republic of Mancunia 1st edged past Sporting JLGB 2-1 following a hard fought contest at Frederick Road.

Paul Basger and Jonny Alexander both found the net for Republic to set up a mouthwatering clash with MJSL league leaders Haroldeans.

Adam Schwinger’s stunning long-range drive was the only consolation for Sporting boss Gavin Sharpe.

Manchester Maccabi cruised into the quarter-finals following a comfortable 3-0 win over Broughton.
