Landau leads the way at MAL awards

All-rounder Mark Landau is MAL's Player of the Year.

Landau enjoyed a stellar season, registering 992 runs at an average of 55.11 with the bat. He also claimed 16 wickets at 15.13.

Sam Hillel received the Young Player award. He took 15 wickets at an average of 23.13 across the 1st and 2nd XI, as well as chipping in with 131 runs, which represents a great return on his first year in adult cricket.

Fast bowler Yitzy Hill is the club's Most Improved player. He claimed eight victims at an average of 16.63, as well as several contributions with the bat.

Leslie Allweis was recognised as Clubman of the Year for his unstinting commitment to the club.

The awards concluded an excellent season for the club who won Division Two of the Middlesex Sunday League and the Maccabi Cricket Knockout Cup.
