REFEREE

NOMINATIONS

MACCABI LONDON LIONS B
Nathan Schindler (CB) - "absolutely phenomenal performance at centre-back" against Blancos

----------------------

OAKWOOD B
Jake Norton (CB) - really pleased with Jake who is only 19 and came into a team with a lot of lads he has never even met before. Although he's the only centre back I've ever sen who spends more time in the opposition box
Dan Ash (RM) - ran the show today with his trademark snaking runs and Brixton could not handle his pace
Sam Modlin (F) - have to say Sam has been an excellent signing for Oaks. He had a tough start to his Oaks career at the end of last season but now has three goals in four. He thoroughly deserved his start and worked very hard today.
Dan Linton (D) - strong performance from Oakwood's Mr Reliable. The Brixton left winger was easily their best player so Lints had his hands full at right-back but played very well over 90 minutes

----------------------

FC TEAM A
James Korn (CB) - back to his best
Bradley Cohen (M) - debut slotted in nicely and topped off with a wonder goal
Richard Salmon (S) - two big defenders could not handle him

----------------------

RCUK FC
Josh Shaffer (everywhere Ellis went) - was given the unenviable task of man marking Adam Ellis and boy did he do a job. Apart from one early run through he didn't have a sniff. I think Josh followed him back to Birmingham University. He was immense!
Dudi Edryei (CM) - played as the solitary CM first half and I thought there were three of him on the pitch. Breaking up play up and down the field and a real metronome that kept us ticking with one exquisite defence splitting assist that led to our first goal
Avi Mocton (CM) - played CB first half and kept it neat and tidy. Second half he moved further forward and was a real beast against his former team. Won everything in the air and played some slick stuff on the floor. Powerful performance.
Jonti Aremband (RB) - often gets the plaudits for his goals but he put in a real team performance this afternoon which isn't always easy for a goal-scorer. He played most of the game at RB and was excellent
Gideon Caller (LB) - was a real thorn against his old team. Didn't quite get his 30-yarder (although went close), but was tirelessly up and down the left-hand side the entire game
Mordy Weiler (LW) - first game for RC and scored a delicate finish with his weaker foot into the corner, was always available and it seemed every time he had the ball something special was going to happen

Hendon Nominations

Yehuda Fink (GK) - produced four or five moments of disbelief saving at point blank range and really keeping Hendon in a game they just shouldn't have been in

----------------------

FAITHFOLD B
Josh Barnett (CB) - was a towering figure winning vital headers and tackles around the area. His cool finish wasn't too bad either, would've made Fogey blush!

----------------------

HERTSWOOD VALE
Yaacov Goldin (GK) - made save after save, showing great handling and pulling off a couple of worldies. A performance Tom Daley would've been happy with.
Theo Gluckstein (CB) - ever-present at the heart of the Vale defence. It's been a rare sight to see Theo make any mistakes this season, and he continued his fine form, with another solid performance
Ben Mandel (LM) - didn't show any signs of rustiness or jet-lag as he made the long haul down from Manchester for the game. Two assists later, Finchley City must've wished he stayed in the north. (MOTM)
Harry Graham (S) - a dogged 90 minutes with great all-round play. Constantly was a menace to the Finchley City defence. The equaliser was the least he deserved
Jack Shulman (S) - Vale's co-manager led from the front, popping up with the winner with the game deep into extra-time. Constantly put himself about

----------------------

OAKWOOD A
David Woolman (S) - worked tirelessly on his own and deserved his goal
Rafi Stone (CM) - on debut and MOM. Composed and ran the game with two assists and a goal
Tom Prais - Utility. Helped out at centre back after starting on the wing. Really good display
