North West London Jets Red under-10's celebrated a resounding 10-5 victory against Hendon United White in a game that was action-packed from start to finish with the Jets opening the scoring within minutes of kick off.

Sammy Ezekiel netted five times in only his second appearance for the club, whilst Avi Langdon grabbed a hat-trick and last season's top goal-scorer Sam Ucko completed the scoring with a brace.

Both sides contributed to a truly exciting league encounter, but it was Asher Wreschner who was awarded the honour of man-of-the-match after an outstanding performance, pulling all the strings in midfield to facilitate the Jets first victory of the season.

NWLJ Red manager Gavin Ucko said: "The victory has been coming for a few games now. The boys have really earned this. It shows that in the end, hard work and determination will reap rewards.

"I am so pleased that they finally have something to show for months of commitment."
