b>PETER MORRISON TROPHY ROUND THREE
FC TEAM A 5 BRADY MACCABI B 1

Class told at Meadow Park as Premier Division FC Team A breezed past Division Four title hopefuls Brady B.

Wing wizard SHAI DAVIDI stole the show with a superb hat-trick. Striker Richard Salmon and Jon Breger completed the scoring.

The visitors' consolation came through an own goal.

FC Team manager Mitch Young told JC Sport: "We went 3-0 up in the first 10 minutes and I was thinking this could easily go into double figures. However, we relaxed and our tempo dropped and an own goal gave Brady some hope.

"However, we always looked dangerous every time we attacked and in the end it was a fairly professional performance considering we were missing seven players.

"I must say I was impressed with Brady. They are young and talented and it is so nice to see a team that young not moaning or shouting, and just trying to play football in the right way.

"I think 5-1 flattered us slightly and I wish Brady good luck for the rest of the season.

"We regroup in January where we will be back at full strength again and this is a competition I like and want to try and go the distance in."
