JC press conferences were the hive of activity up and down the MGBSFL on Matchday 11. There were some truly inspired comments. NLR gaffer Adelman got the nod for his tribute of goal king Nicky Woolf

WINNER: Jonathan Adelman (NLR B) - QUOTE 2 - "In the days of big money transfers it's great to see a true one club man making his mark and I’m sure he’s eyeing up Guy Sharon’s all-time record - with the form he is in you wouldn’t back against him breaking that during this season"

NOMINEES

- Samuel Castle (Southgate Harmen) - "Woodford are top of the league and we took them to the cleaners. This result sets a real benchmark for us and sends out a huge message to the rest of the league, we won't get carried away though and keep working hard to get better"

- Adam Glekin (Hendon C) - "Some of our goals were good enough to grace any division"

- Jonathan Ison (Blancos) - "Jono Gaon had one of the finest performances that the famous white shirt has ever seen, with a five-goal salvo that included some unbelievable tekkers!"

- Jonathan Adelman (NLR B) - QUOTE 1 - "These were tough conditions today, perhaps the kind of surface that Raiders teams of yesteryear would not have coped with, but we proved we can battle it out, we were clinical when our chances came and we defended doggedly at the other end"

- David Garbacz (Hendon A) - "Norstar had their moments – mainly on the break through the electric Matt Stock, but in truth there was only one team who wanted to win today and they weren’t dressed in orange"

- Ric Blank (Oakwood A) - "I know a lot of people were expecting us to drop points but after the farce of the Norstar game, conceding so late to Brady and coming away with nothing for our Faithfold efforts, we were determined to prove the doubters wrong"

- Johnathan Meltzer (LML White) - "Today was a good performance from the youngest MSFL I have seen. With eight players aged 16 on the pitch at anyone time for a Prem MSFL is an achievement in itself, and it was an honour to see their team spirit and togetherness"

- Jonathan Abrams (London Haroldeans) - "This week was all about bouncebackabilty and to be fair to the lads I couldn't have asked for more 0 the character, committment and desire was outstanding and notwithstanding Blizzard had a few players out due to the early kick-off at Spurs"

- Jake Erlich (Jewdinese) - "We know - as we are young team - there are going to be teams that try and bully us out the game, but it is important we stay composed and stick to the task at hand which is what we did against King Crown"
