There were several eye-catching performances on Matchday 10 of the JC MSFL so competition for places was high.

DAN COHEN (NL Raiders A) - just edged out Faithfold stopper Ben Law after working wonders between the sticks to stop Hendon notching up a cricket score

ALEX BLOCH (NL Raiders B) - "arguably the team's player of the season so far. Another commanding against Harmen A"

LORIAN MADANES (Faithfold A) - not many had Lorian down as a left-back but his attitude is quite refreshing. The boy just wants to play football and he put in a real shift against the Lions

JOEL BERG (Redbridge JC A) - "outstanding" in the cup game against Woodford

ALEX GILBERT (Hendon Utd SC A) - with Motti Colman unavailable, Gilbert put in the kind of display that has given his manager a real selection headache going forward. Didn't put a foot wrong

JASON WOOD (FC Team A) - All eyes were on Neasden new boy Ben Joseph, but according to FC Team boss Mitch Young, Wood "marked him out of the game” whilst playing through an injury

ROCKY SPITZER (Faithfold A) - young gun Spitzer went from boy to man in 90 minutes with a mature performance on the big stage against the Lions in their own back yard. His put in a real shift to ensure the team came out on top

SHIM BENSOOR (NL Raiders B) - "has the ability to be one of the best players in the league. Was central to all that was good about the performance against Harmen A. His ability to pick up the ball in dangerous pockets in the final third is second to none"

DANNY KON (Hendon Utd SC A) - I was blown away by the quality of young hotshot Kon. He led the Raiders defence a merry dance and capped off a magnificent performance with two top-drawer finish. He’s definitely one to watch

MIKE PEARSON (Faithfold A) - Lions knew that their former marksman was going to pose a real threat in the Anekstein tie on Sunday, but they were unable to keep him at arm's length as two expert finishes clinched a deserved victory

AVIDAN LAST (Hendon Utd SC A) - some people felt his best years were behind him but you just try telling him that. He looked fresh, hungry and ran Raiders ragged. Will be a very important player for the team who are challenging for silveware on three fronts
Manager: Zuriel Solomon (Faithfold A)
