articlemain

Youth was the name of the game in Division Two on Matchday 21 of the JC MSFL.

1. Matt KEMP (Redbridge Jewish Care B) - his super save of the week was deemed worthy of the place

2. Ben SUSSKIND (SPEC FC) - "was first to every ball and showed some great touches going forward despite difficult conditions. Despite playing at right back, still had a massive influence on the whole game"

3. Daniel GARB (North London Raiders B) - stifled Blizzard every time they went forward. Won his individual battle and got up and down well

4. Adam LANDES (Athletic Bilbaum) - "was extremely solid at the back in the treacherous conditions"

5. Marc HECHT (SPEC FC) - "a dominating performance from the central midfielder who dictated the tempo of the game"

6. Reiss MOGILNER (Brady Maccabi B) - "two goals and an assist from the young winger, who looked a threat throughout"

7. Jason DAVIS (Brady Maccabi B) - "driving force behind the comeback, with a passionate and spirited performance against NWN B"

8. Matt GREEN (North London Raiders B) - when he plays, Raiders play

9. Richard GOLD (Redbridge Jewish Care B) - "had no right to be where he was for the winner" but his manager is glad he was in the right place at the right time

10. Jake GILBERT (Athletic Bilbaum) - (also nominated by SPEC FC) - "once again proved to be SPEC's tormentor with a rampaging performance resulting in another hat-trick"

11. Simon BUCHLER (North London Raiders B) - very good against Blizzard. Very good indeed

Player: Jason Davis (Brady Maccabi B)

Manager: Josh Dagul (Brady Maccabi B)

Goal: Richard Gold (Redbridge JC B) - after going missing from his right-back position, he ended a mazy run with an unstoppable finish in off the underside of the bar against Catford for his first goal since he was eight-years-old

Save: Matt Kemp (Redbridge JC B) - reacted brilliantly to keep out a deflected shot, when going the wrong way. Not only was Matt able to change direction, he got a full hand to it and put it over the bar
