Dagul's double delight

articlemain

Elliott Dagul has continued his Brady Maccabi revolution after announcing Sam Castle and David Cohen have joined from Maccabi London Lions.

Brady have "paid an undisclosed fee" for the pair with both signing four-year deals with the boys in red.

Dagul, who succeeded his brother Josh at the Lane this summer, has already added Brad Dryer, Casey Sharpe, Marc Rister, Ben Kohler and the Cohen brothers to his Brady squad.

Commenting on the new arrivals, Dagul told JC Sport: "Sam is an experienced player who is highly versatile and difficult to defend against.

"He has experience for Maccabi London Lions and Harmen and we wanted to bring as many players with Premiership experience to the club as we could."

On Cohen, Dagul said: "David is a player of real quality and someone we have been scouting for some time.

"He will add a new dimension to our attacking line and will no doubt be a major coup for us."

Both Castle and Cohen will offer Dagul versatility in that they cover all positions on the pitch. After announcing the double swoop, Dagul believes the pair will be huge assets to Brady for years to come.

"I wanted to add some experienced players to our young squad and both of them perfectly fit that bill," he said.

"They are players with special qualities and I fully expect them to come straight in and make a difference for us."

Both players are available for Brady's game with Hendon this Sunday.
