Dabbur set to join Sevilla

Moanes Dabbur has completed his 15 million euro move to Sevilla from Red Bull Salzburg, making him the most expensive ever Israeli player

 Dabbur, 26, was reprimanded by Salzburg after telling reporters in Israel he “will be leaving Austria in a few days,” and was reminded that he is still under contract.

The striker, who had been linked with been linked with Liverpool, Fulham and Valencia, has scored 55 goals in 110 appearances since joining Salzburg from Grasshopper in 2016. He was the top scorer in the Austrian League with 22 goals last season and has already registered 20 goals in all competitions this term.

Shakhtar Donetsk have signed Israeli midfielder Manor Solomon from Maccabi Petah Tikva for €6 million.

Maccabi will receive 15 per cent of any future transfer fee for the 19-year-old starlet. This is the second highest amount received by an Israeli club for a player after the €7 million Maccabi Tel Aviv received for Eran Zahavi from Chinese club Guangzhou.
