The family of a Jewish student from New York, who went missing from her university campus ten days ago, has set up a website in the hope of finding her.

Lauren Spierer, 20, was last seen on the night of June 3, leaving a party with friends at Indiana University. Her keys were found in a nearby alleyway.

Police have questioned a number of her friends, including her boyfriend and another male friend with whom who she left the party . Ms Spierer's parents, Robert and Charlene, launched the website to encourage anyone with information to come forward and to provide a place for people to donate money to the search.

Her case has been featured on the crime programme "America's Most Wanted," while in the campus town of Bloomington, thousands of people have joined search parties.

Mrs Spierer said that her daughter's absence was "a continuous nightmare".
