After weeks of bobbing up on billboards across London, Louise Scodie finally arrived on screen as one of the presenters of London Live, the Evening Standard’s newly launched TV channel.

Fronting the topical evening Not the One Show, she has “the job I’ve dreamed of. It is safe to say there has been lots of kvelling in the Scodie household.”

Louise, who attends Stoke Newington Masorti Synagogue, has been a columnist with i newspaper and once freelanced for the JC (where brother Mark was a reporter before he quit journalism for the law)
