Dining out on Michelin menu

Guests at next month’s annual dinner of Meir Panim UK are in for a treat. The special kosher menu has been created by Michelin-starred chef Pascal Aussignac of Club Gascon in London.

Supporters of the charity, which aids the Israeli poor, will be able to sample confit tuna, sea bream and seaweed duo, plus pumpkin and honey truffle soup — and those are just canapés. Then comes glazed black salmon, squab dub with autumn fruits and spicy violets’ sauce and Russe pudding.
