If you're doing business with Israelis, you'd better learn how to shout and wave your arms. According to the Harvard Business Review, businessmen doing deals in other countries need to take account of different national traits.

A graph classified various nations according to whether they were confrontational or avoided collision along one axis or whether they were emotional or not along the other. The coolest customers were Korea and Japan. And the most emotionally expressive and confrontational? Israel.
