Two people were lightly wounded in a stabbing attack on Jerusalem's Bar Lev Road on Monday afternoon. The assailant was shot at the scene.

MDA paramedics arrived on scene to treat the two victims who are reported to be a 20-year-old female and a 29-year-old man. They were both evacuated to Hadassah Ein Karem Hospital in Jerusalem. 

Israeli police have also reported a second attack on Hamivtar Hill.
