An indictment has been filed against a Palestinian for the murder of Ari Fuld, the pro-Israel activist in a stabbing attack last month.
Khalil Yusef Ali Jabarin was charged in a West Bank military court on Monday. On September 16, video footage showed the 17-year old allegedly stabbing Mr Fuld, a father of four, multiple times outside a shopping centre in Gush Etzion in the West Bank.
Despite having been stabbed multiple times, Mr Fuld chased after his Palestinian attacker and shot him as he attempted to stab a female restaurant employee.

The Israeli, who emigrated from the United States in 1994, then collapsed, and succumbed to his wounds at the Shaarei Zedek Hospital in Jerusalem.
Thousands of Israelis attended his funeral, including Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
Mr Jabarin was taken to the Hadassah Ein Kerem hospital in Jerusalem for treatment. He has been in custody since the attack.
The full indictment has been placed under a gag order by the military court.
