The clothes show by Moriah pupils

articlemain

Moriah Primary pupils took to the catwalk on Monday as stars of a fashion show sponsored by high street chain River Island.

More than 50 pupils from the Pinner school modelled the latest styles, watched by an audience in excess of 400.

The £4,000-plus raised will help to fill gaps in funding from government and the local authority and a drop in parental contributions.

Friends of Moriah chair Tracey Dunn said: "We couldn't have hoped for a better day. It was a great feel-good event and one that we hope will raise awareness of donations needed for our children's school."
